Food Trucks are quite popular this year! Everything goes when it comes to catering for your wedding. For a more casual wedding, many of my couples are switching to food trucks. This is a great way to keep savings down. Now, we know food trucks were the last thing on your mind but now you are totally interested! Just be sure to check with your venue to make sure they allow food trucks.
Now that we have got you hooked, be sure to consider having a separate bartender and service staff to help with the bar and clean up, and when meeting with the owner or team with the food truck, you also want to discuss whether they can accommodate large crowds. Another great idea is to set up stations and buffet tables to alleviate long lines. Your planner can go around each table to let guests know the food is ready.
